Shipping Methods & Carriers
We partner with trusted LTL freight carriers to deliver your pallets quickly and safely anywhere in the United States. Our primary carriers include:
- FedEx Freight - For LTL (Less Than Truckload) shipments
- UPS Freight - For palletized freight deliveries
- XPO Logistics - For full truckload and bulk shipments
- Regional Carriers - For expedited delivery in certain areas
All shipments are fully insured and tracked. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Times
Shipping times vary based on your location and order size. Below are estimated delivery times after order processing:

Note: Deliveries to remote or rural areas may take an additional 1-3 business days. Alaska and Hawaii shipments may incur additional transit time and charges.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the following factors:
- Order Weight & Volume - Number of pallets and total weight
- Delivery Distance - From our Jacksonville, FL warehouse to your location
- Delivery Type - Residential vs. commercial delivery
- Liftgate Service - Required for residential or non-dock locations
Free Shipping Offer
We offer FREE shipping on all orders over $2,000 within the contiguous United States. This offer applies to standard LTL freight delivery to commercial addresses with loading dock access.
Estimated Shipping Rates
- Single Pallet (East Coast): $150 - $250
- Single Pallet (Midwest): $250 - $400
- Single Pallet (West Coast): $400 - $600
- LTL Shipment (6-10 pallets): $500 - $1,200
- Full Truckload: $1,500 - $3,500 (varies by distance)

Delivery Options
Commercial Delivery (Dock Required)
Standard delivery to commercial addresses with a loading dock and forklift. This is the most cost-effective option. The driver will unload pallets using a pallet jack if a dock is available.
Residential Delivery
For deliveries to homes, apartments, or businesses without a loading dock. A liftgate truck is required to lower pallets to ground level. Additional fees apply for residential delivery and liftgate service.
Liftgate Service
If you do not have a loading dock or forklift, you must request liftgate service. The truck will have a hydraulic lift to lower pallets to ground level. This service adds approximately $75-$150 per stop.
Inside Delivery
For an additional fee, we can arrange inside delivery where the carrier will move pallets into your warehouse or garage. Contact us for a quote.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons or for large truckload orders, processing may take up to 5 business days. You will receive:
- Order Confirmation - Immediately after purchase
- Processing Update - Within 24 hours
- Shipping Confirmation - When your order ships, including tracking number
- Delivery Notification - When your order is out for delivery
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with:
- Carrier Name - The freight company handling your shipment
- PRO Number / Tracking Number - Unique identifier for your shipment
- Estimated Delivery Window - Typically a 2-4 hour window on the scheduled day
- Carrier Contact Information - Phone number to schedule delivery or ask questions
You can track your shipment directly on the carrier's website using the provided tracking number.
Receiving Your Delivery
When your pallets arrive, please follow these important steps:
- Inspect Before Signing - Check for visible damage to the pallet wrap or boxes before signing the delivery receipt.
- Note Any Damage - If you see damage, write "DAMAGE NOTED" on the delivery receipt before signing.
- Take Photos - Document any damage with photos before and during unpacking.
- Count the Pallets - Verify the number of pallets matches the bill of lading.
- Keep Documentation - Save all delivery paperwork for your records.
Important: If you sign for delivery without noting damage, you may be responsible for any claims. Always inspect before signing!
Damaged or Lost Shipments
In the rare event that your shipment arrives damaged or is lost in transit:
- Visible Damage - Note damage on delivery receipt, take photos, and contact us within 48 hours.
- Concealed Damage - If you discover damage after unpacking, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.
- Lost Shipments - If tracking shows no movement for 7+ days, contact us immediately to initiate a trace.

International Shipping
Currently, we ship only within the United States. We do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations. For customers outside the US, please contact us to discuss potential options. Contact us for international inquiries โ
Holiday & Peak Season Shipping
During peak seasons (November - January) and major holidays, shipping times may be extended due to carrier volume. We recommend ordering early during these periods. We are closed on major holidays and do not process shipments on:
- New Year's Day
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Day
